My Story
I have more than 15 years of experience in foundation of projects, from vision to realization, preparation, investment solution, market entry, operational management. I have been in the position of founder, director, CEO, GM.
I have experienced successes and failures, bold steps and mistakes, great performance and burnout. I have a lot
to pass on from my own experience.
I have managed dozens of people, built teams, created project culture. I've worked in multiple countries, with different cultures, leading people in different roles across projects.
Projects were of different kinds. The scale is wide, online and offline, building a coffee shop chain, an online platform
for sexual education and therapy, director of the events department at one of the most prestigious private universities in Latin America and more.
I have reached a point in my life where I feel a turning point
and I would like to share my experiences and help others on their journey through Mentoring.

My Mission
Through mentoring I would like to contribute to the creation of new, meaningful projects, to support the potential of the founders on their journey in fulfilling their goals and visions, so that the projects are in alignment with themselves and added value to their lives
and the community.
My Method
I offer 1-on-1 sessions and workshops.
I consider individual sessions to be important
and essential. It's a space where we can go over your vision, goals and needs, your current position on your journey
and on the market. We can work on the strategies and how
to develop the project inside and outside.
How you feel and what emotions are prevalent
I see as important as well, as it can be the internal compass, whether you are on the right track, or have gone down a side street and why, and how to get back on the track towards your goals
and visions.
I am certainly happy to share my knowledge and experience, but I consider it important to find what is essential for you and your project, to discover your potential and to go in alignment with it.
We are each unique, we each have our own unique projects and therefore we each have a unique path to our goals and visions and we need a tailored tool box, resources and processes.
