Performance is the persecutor of nowadays. The countless hours worked per day. It is key to be efficient and productive to get the results we want.
I find efficiency very important and also useful for helping
us keep our balance. Staying ourselves, living our life and not becoming one with the project. They are two connected realms, but they are still two.
Let's look at how not to fall into the trap, have results and keep our SELF.
Personal Growth
For me, personal growth has always been a natural part of my life. I have always been learning new things, moving forward and expanding my horizons. And I feel that this is also important when creating and leading a project, because I believe that a project mirrors us. And that's why we often find the solutions for a project in ourselves.
Hence my mentoring may go beyond the project itself.

I have more than 15 years of experience in founding projects, from vision to realization, preparation, investment solution, market entry and operational management. I have been in the position of founder, director, CEO, managing director.
I have worked in multiple countries, working with different cultures. The range of projects has been very broad, online and offline, gastronomy, education, art, tech and more.
I have reached a point where I feel a turning point
